Undercover Jumbo - The Elephant That Just DisappearsHave you ever heard that ostriches, when they are afraid, bury their heads in the ground? They pretend they're not there. Elephants, however, are much smarter: they really do hide! Undercover Jumbo is the latest Joker Magic magic trick, first revealed to the public at the Magic Live! in the U.S. Built around a fun and memorable story, this elephant magic trick is easy to learn and creates a visually striking and unnerving effect that can fool even experienced magicians.
The Elephant That Really
Disappears The magician pulls out a tiny elephant and a card of cards from a small velvet bag. The elephant is placed behind the card so that it can no longer be seen.
The story continues.
The magician explains that, when there is an elephant hiding nearby, park rangers put up a warning sign to alert visitors. A special warning sign is produced and placed on the table.
But this elephant is different from the others.
When it perceives danger, it really disappears.
The magician simply flips over the card that is tilted...
and there is absolutely no elephant behind it!
When the elephant finally feels safe again, it comes out of its original hiding place: the wizard reaches into the velvet bag and produces the little elephant once more.
And here's what makes the mystery even stronger: the magician never touches the velvet bag during the entire disappearance.
A simple story with incredible effect
One of the greatest strengths of Undercover Jumbo is that the magic is built around an easy-to-follow and entertaining story. The public understands exactly what's going on, making the elephant's disappearance and eventual return even more impossible.
The trick is easy to learn and execute, while the final effect is highly visual and genuinely amazing.
Best executed from the front
, Undercover Jumbo is designed primarily for performances where the audience is positioned in front of the magician. From this angle of view, the impossibility of the elephant's disappearance is stronger.
This makes it a great choice for close-up, salon, and small audience performances, as well as children's and family shows.
Joker Magic
Quality As with other original Joker Magic magic props, durability and reliability were important considerations when creating Undercover Jumbo.
The props are durable, sturdy, and designed for regular performances, giving you a reliable routine that you can keep in your repertoire for years.
And you don't need to look for additional props: everything you need to execute the trick is included.
